Availability request
Please fill in the following form and we will contact you shortly. Remember it is not a firm booking. We will send an email to confirm availability and the total price of the reserved period.
Booking confirmation
After confirming the availability and the price should make a bank transfer 25% of the total reservation. Please note that all the bank charges must be paid by you. Once we received the transfer we will send you an email with a receipt of booking confirmation. The final balance must be paid 30 days before the date of check in.
A few days before arrival we will contact you to plan the check in. In case of not receiving the email please contact us at booking@rentonthebeach.es
The check in time is from 15:00 to 22:00 hours and the check out time is before 11:00 hours.
Cancellation charges
5% of the total paid if cancelled with than 30 days prior to arrival date.
50% of the total paid if cancelled between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival date.
100% of the total paid if cancelled less 7 days prior to arrival date.
If you modify your booking contacting us via email. Please note that any changes may affect the final price, which will be based on the rates in effect at the time of the modification.
