TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. BOOKINGS

Please fill out all the fields in the booking form, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note that the booking is not considered final. We will send you an email to confirm availability and the total price for the reserved period.

The minimum stay required is one week, although we always strive to accommodate the needs of our guests.

It is strictly prohibited to host more guests than those indicated in the reservation.

The minimum age to stay in our vacation rentals is 10 years.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

A few days before your arrival, we will contact you via email to provide all the necessary information for check-in, confirm arrival/departure times, required documentation, and other details.

If you do not receive the email, please contact us via info@rentonthebeach.es.

2. MODIFYING A RESERVATION

To modify a reservation, you must contact us via email.

If you wish to make any changes or modifications to your reservation, such as extending or adjusting the dates or the number of guests, you must do so prior to your scheduled check-in date. The price of the reservation may vary as it will be based on the pricing conditions listed on the website www.rentonthebeach.es on the day the modification is made.

3. CANCELLATIONS

· If you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the payment will be refunded.

· If you cancel between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the payment will be refunded.

· If you cancel less than 7 days before the arrival date, no refund will be made.

· If you cancel during the stay, no refund will be made.

For the above reasons, we recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations.

4. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Arrivals

A few days before your arrival, we will send you an email with all the necessary information for accessing the accommodation. Please note that the accommodation will be available from 3:00 PM. If you arrive before this time and the accommodation is not yet ready, we can store your luggage.

If you notice any damage to the accommodation upon your arrival, please inform us immediately.

Departures

It is important to remember that the check-out time is before 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate you if your flight is late; however, sometimes a late check-out may not be possible. In those cases, we recommend considering the option of booking an additional night.

5. AUTOMATIC ENTRY SYSTEM

Our accommodations are equipped with an electronic lock system to ensure easy and secure access. Each guest will receive a personal access code that will automatically expire at the end of their stay, providing peace of mind and privacy.

You can choose to provide us with your own 4-digit code, which you can use during your stay. If you prefer, we will assign you a unique code, ensuring that you have access to the accommodation upon your arrival.

This system not only simplifies the check-in process but also eliminates the need for physical keys, allowing you to enjoy greater convenience and security.

6. GUEST IDENTITY AND RENTAL AGREEMENT

The Tourism Department requires us to have a signed vacation rental agreement. Additionally, it is a legal requirement under Organic Law 4/2015 for the Protection of Public Security to complete an “entry report for travelers” to register all of our guests.

Therefore, we need you to send us a copy (photo) of the ID or passport of each guest over 16 years old, you can send it by email. This will help us speed up the check-in process and have all the documentation ready for your arrival.

7. CLEANING

The total booking amount includes cleaning fees for the accommodation. This means that when you arrive, the space will be completely clean and ready for you to enjoy. At the end of your stay, we will carry out an additional cleaning of the accommodation.

If you would like to hire an extra cleaning service during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us to check availability and the additional cost.

8. CONDUCT RULES

It is essential that you and all accompanying guests respect the following conduct and behavior rules:

· No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation and common areas. It is only allowed on the terrace.

· Parties and Noise: Parties are not allowed. We ask that you respect the rest of other guests and avoid making noise on the terraces and in the common areas between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

· Number of Guests: The maximum number of persons cannot exceed what was agreed upon at the time of booking.

· Common Areas: Please keep the common areas clean.

· Trash: Dispose of your trash in the containers near the building.

· Energy Saving: Remember to turn off unnecessary lights and save water.

 · Security: For your safety, we recommend locking the door every time you leave the accommodation and securing the building’s entrance doors.

· Use of Safe: The accommodation has a safe. We advise you to take only what you need to the beach, as theft can occur.

· Towels: Towels are for hygienic use in the accommodation and should not be used as beach towels or cleaning rags.

9. LEAVING THE ACCOMMODATION: CHECK-OUT

You must leave the accommodation before 11:00 AM.

The apartment must be left in good condition.

We would appreciate it if you could remove the trash and deposit it in the street containers.

Please empty the refrigerator and discard any food. Non-perishable items can be left on the kitchen countertop. Dishes, pots, glasses, etc., should be washed and put back in their place.

10. RESPONSIBILITY

Please make sure to close doors and windows. Never leave mobile phones, laptops, tablets, or valuables on the terraces. For your safety, close the building’s entrance doors.

The apartment has a safe. We recommend using it during your stay. Rentonthebeach is not responsible for items not stored in the safe.

You are fully responsible for your safety in the accommodation, terraces, and common areas.

If any damage occurs or something is accidentally broken during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue promptly.

By renting our accommodation, you accept and assume all risks for personal losses or damages. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from misuse during your stay in the apartment, including theft, fire, or criminal activity.

In the event of a breach of the aforementioned obligations, such as inappropriate behavior or complaints from other guests regarding constant noise, we are authorized to ask guests to vacate the accommodation immediately, without the right to any financial compensation and possibly losing part or all of the amount paid.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding, and we hope you understand that each of the points mentioned is necessary to ensure the well-being and rest of our guests.
